This case report describes a 34-year-old female presenting with hematochezia, who was initially suspected of having a cecal tumor based on colonoscopy and CT findings. Laparoscopic surgery revealed complete appendiceal intussusception, leading to a right hemicolectomy, during which pelvic endometriosis was also observed. Histopathological examination confirmed that endometriosis involving the entire length of the appendix caused the intussusception, a rare clinical presentation documented in this study. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — specifically describing a rare case where deep infiltrating endometriosis of the appendix led to complete appendiceal intussusception.
