Abstract

今回われわれは，虫垂子宮内膜症が原因となった完全型虫垂重積症の1症例を経験した．症例は43歳，女性．5日前から腹痛が出現，右下腹部痛，心窩部痛を主訴に近医を受診し，急性虫垂炎の疑いにて同日当院紹介受診した．CT検査，腹部超音波検査において回盲部のTarget's signを認め，腸重積症の診断にて同日緊急手術を施行した．手術所見において虫垂が盲腸に完全に内翻した所見を認め，虫垂重積症と診断し回盲部切除を施行した．病理組織学的所見より虫垂子宮内膜症が原因による完全型虫垂重積症と診断した．腸管子宮内膜症による虫垂腸重積は稀な疾患であり，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．
