Effect of polyunsaturated fatty acids on secretory phospholipase A2 type IIa in ectopic endometrial cells.
This study found that polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly omega-3, increased secretory phospholipase A2 type IIa levels in ectopic endometrial cells from endometriosis patients compared to eutopic cells.
