Abstract
症例は35歳，女性．婦人科にて子宮内膜症と診断されていた．月経周期に一致する腹痛，腹満，嘔吐を繰り返し当科へ依頼された．精査にて回腸狭窄を認め，腸管子宮内膜症を疑い手術を行った．手術は腹腔鏡補助下に行った．手術所見ではr-ASRM（revised-American Society for Reproductive Medicine）分類にてStage Ⅱの子宮内膜症と回腸狭窄を認め，回腸部分切除術を施行した．病理組織学的に腸管子宮内膜症と診断された．腹腔鏡手術を施行した腸管子宮内膜症による回腸狭窄の症例を経験したので報告する．
