Improvement in chronic pelvic pain after gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue (GnRH-a) administration in premenopausal women suffering from adenomyosis or endometriosis: a retrospective study
Gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue administration significantly reduced chronic pelvic pain, analgesic use, and lost work productivity in premenopausal women with adenomyosis or endometriosis, with a greater effect observed in those with adenomyosis.
