Abstract

症例は37歳，女性．既往歴に子宮内膜症，月経随伴性気胸にて手術歴があった．血便を主訴に前医を受診し，下部内視鏡検査で盲腸腫瘍を指摘され精査加療目的に当院へ紹介となった．注腸検査，腹部CT検査で上行結腸内腔へ突出する腫瘤を認め，Fink分類V型の虫垂重積症と診断し，腹腔鏡下回盲部切除術を施行した．病理組織検査で虫垂重積部に子宮内膜症が散在しており，子宮内膜症が原因で生じた虫垂重積症と診断した．完全型虫垂重積症をきたした虫垂子宮内膜症は稀であり，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
