Dienogest as preoperative treatment of submucous myomas for hysteroscopic surgery: a prospective, randomized study
This randomized study found that dienogest, compared to danazol, more effectively atrophies the endometrium, reduces operative time, infusion volume, and bleeding severity, and causes fewer side effects in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery for submucous myomas.
