Abstract

患者:36歳の女性．現病歴:平成19年7月下旬から腹痛を自覚し当院救急外来を受診した．回腸末端の腸閉塞の診断でイレウス管を挿入されたが，軽快せず手術目的で外科に紹介された．手術所見では虫垂の漿膜は顆粒状の変化を呈し回腸に強固に癒着しており回腸の閉塞をきたしていたため回盲部切除を行った．創部感染を併発したが術後20病日で退院した．永久病理検査では虫垂の子宮内膜症であった．虫垂子宮内膜症は腸管子宮内膜症の3％の頻度で比較的稀であり，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
