Abstract
虫垂子宮内膜症は稀少部位子宮内膜症の一つで虫垂粘液囊腫の所見を呈することがある．今回，虫垂子宮内膜症を合併した虫垂粘液性囊胞腺腫を経験した．症例は43歳，女性．下腹部痛の精査で虫垂腫瘍を指摘され，当院に紹介となり単孔式腹腔鏡補助下回盲部切除術を施行した．病理組織学的検査の結果，虫垂粘液性囊胞腺腫および虫垂子宮内膜症の診断に至った．いずれの疾患も虫垂腫瘍の鑑別に挙げ，特に30～40歳代の女性の場合，二つの疾患を合併している可能性があることも考慮しておくべきである．
