Gonadotrophin releasing hormone agonist (buserelin) in the treatment of endometriosis: changes in the extent of the disease and in CA 125 serum levels after 6‐month therapy
Six-month buserelin treatment of endometriosis reduced disease extent and CA 125 levels, but CA 125 did not correlate with disease scores post-treatment, questioning its utility in monitoring therapy.
