Abstract

今回，我々は腸管子宮内膜症に対し，腹腔鏡手術を施行した5例を経験したので，報告する．症例は20～40歳代の未産婦の女性で，4例は繰り返す腹痛と腸閉塞症状の検査により腸管子宮内膜症が疑われ，1例は原因不明の消化管穿孔の診断で，腹腔鏡補助下に腸管切除が行われた．3例は回腸に，2例は直腸に狭窄病変を認めた．病理組織学的検査より，全例で腸管子宮内膜症と診断された．いずれも術後経過は良好で退院し，現在のところ再発の所見は認められていない．低侵襲性に優れた腹腔鏡手術は，腸管子宮内膜症に対し術後の早期回復と早期退院に有用で，拡大視効果により子宮・付属器が温存でき安全に手術を行える可能性が示唆された．
