Abstract
Laparoscopic cystectomy is the approach of choice for ovarian endometriosis, in despite of some reports that point to follicle loss inflicted by surgery. The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare quantitative and qualitative composition of the cyst wall after laparoscopic excision by the stripping technique in women with the recurrence of endometriosis.
