Part 1 Structural and functional basis of infertility (female): functional anatomy of the uterine cervix functional anatomy of the Fallopian tube the endocrine pattern and control of the menstrual cycle follicular development and the mechanism of ovulation. Part 2 Structural and functional basis of infertility (male): functional anatomy of the male accessory sex organs physiology and mechanism of regulation pathophysiology of the testis. Part 3 Diagnosis of infertility (female): classification and diagnosis of ovarian insufficiency investigations of tuboperitoneal causes of female infertility. Part 4 Diagnosis of infertility (male): semen analysis diagnosis of male infertility. Part 5 Diagnosis of infertility (male and female): diagnosis and classification of disturbed sperm-cervical mucus interaction immunological infertility and its diagnosis. Part 6 Treatment of infertility (female): human gonadotropins ergot derivative in the management of infertility steroids and steroid-like compounds infertility surgery in the female treatment of endometriosis. Part 7 Treatment of infertility (male and female): assisted reproduction (in vitro fertilization). Part 8 Treatment of infertility (male): medical treatment of male infertility surgical treatment of male infertility artificial insemination.
