Histone deacetylase HDAC2 silencing prevents endometriosis by activating the HNF4A/ARID1A axis
This study found that silencing HDAC2 upregulates HNF4A and subsequently ARID1A, which inhibits cell viability and invasion while promoting apoptosis, thereby preventing endometriosis.
