Abstract

虫垂重積をきたした虫垂子宮内膜症に対して単孔式腹腔鏡下回盲部切除術を施行した１例を報告する．症例は47歳，女性．近医にて便潜血陽性を指摘される．大腸内視鏡検査，注腸造影検査にて盲腸に約４×2.5 cm大の粘膜下腫瘍を認め，腹部CT検査にて虫垂重積を伴った虫垂腫瘍と診断された．悪性疾患も否定できないため，単孔式腹腔鏡下回盲部切除術を施行した．切除標本の病理組織学的検査にて虫垂子宮内膜症と診断された．虫垂子宮内膜症は稀な疾患で，術前正診率は極めて低い．しかし，本症は良性疾患であり，確定診断を得るためには，より低侵襲な単孔式腹腔鏡手術はよい適応である．
