Diagnostic value of the combination of circulating serum miRNAs and CA125 in endometriosis
A combined diagnostic model of circulating miRNAs (miR-199a, miR-122, miR-145*, miR-141*) and CA125 showed high accuracy in diagnosing endometriosis, with some miRNAs also correlating with disease severity and fertility index.
