Side of ovarian endometrioma does not affect the outcome of in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection in infertile women after laparoscopic cystectomy
This study found that while the side of ovarian endometrioma does not impact ovarian reserve or response in IVF/ICSI cycles, left-sided endometriomas may be associated with a lower implantation rate compared to right-sided ones.
