Knockdown of miR-150-5p reduces hypoxia-induced autophagy and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of endometriotic cells via regulating the PDCD4/NF-κB signaling pathway
This study investigated the role of miR-150-5p in regulating autophagy and epithelial-mesenchymal transition in endometriotic cells under hypoxic conditions, finding that its knockdown reduced these processes by modulating the PDCD4/NF-κB signaling pathway.
