Integrated bioinformatic analysis of dysregulated microRNA-mRNA co-expression network in ovarian endometriosis
This bioinformatic analysis constructed a miRNA-mRNA co-expression network to identify five downregulated and two upregulated miRNAs, including members of the miR-200, miR-106a-363, and miR-183/96/182 clusters, crucial in ovarian endometriosis pathogenesis.
