子宮内膜症により発生したと考えられる, 原発腟腺癌の1例を経験した. 症例は38歳の女性で, 後腟円蓋に外向性の腫瘤が認められた. 術前の腫瘍擦過細胞診では, 腺癌を疑わせる悪性細胞が出現していた. 組織学的には, 低分化型の腺癌であったが, 腫瘍下床のrectovaginal septumに, 子宮内膜症が認められた. 腺癌と内膜症との境界部には, borderline malignancyの腺管が存在し, この腫瘍は子宮内膜症より発生した, 原発性の腟腺癌と思われた.
