Pathogenesis of pseudoxanthomatous salpingiosis.
This paper reports two cases of pseudoxanthomatous salpingiosis caused by lipofuscin-laden macrophages in the fallopian tube, proposing it arises from bleeding ovarian endometriosis into the tube lumen following salpingitis.
