Endometriosis vesical: dos nuevos casos

The first patient presented with cyclic irritative urinary symptoms accentuated during menstruation and underwent RTU, ovarian endometrioma excision, and LH-RH analogue therapy, but later developed a recurrence in the same bladder location; the second patient had chronic pelvic pain with an incidental bladder wall–dependent mass, underwent exploratory laparotomy with extensive pelvic surgery, and had complete resections after intraoperative biopsy suggested endometriosis.
