Abstract

Mujer de 47 aos de edad, con historia de haber consultado por un cuadro de dolor abdominal tipo clico, hipogstrico, severo, de aproximadamente 18 das de evolucin. Se estudi con coprocultivo, leucocitos fecales, serologa para yersinia, y colonoscopa, todos dentro de lmites normales. La tomografa computada (TC) de abdomen y pelvis mostr hallazgos compatibles con ileitis distal asociada a dilatacin de asas de intestino proximal y miomas uterinos; dada la buena evolucin clnica se di de alta con manejo sintomtico y tratamiento antibitico.
