Using FNAC, the authors report epithelial cell clusters in sheet-like arrangements without atypia alongside irregular, piled non-epithelial (stromal) cell clusters without atypia, as well as regenerative-epithelium-like clusters; the presence of both epithelial and stromal cell components together with cyclic pain supported a diagnosis. The mass was surgically removed and histopathology confirmed endometriosis, with the excised fibrous tumor containing scattered glands of varying size surrounded by dense stromal proliferation.
