A comparative study between Dydrogesterone alone and combined with Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs in the treatment of Mild Endometriosis
This study found that combining dydrogesterone with NSAIDs for mild endometriosis resulted in significantly higher efficacy and lower levels of inflammatory markers compared to dydrogesterone alone, without increasing adverse reactions.
