O artigo relata um caso raro de diagnóstico incidental de tumor neuroendócrino de apêndice durante videolaparoscopia realizada para controle de endometriose profunda em uma paciente de 44 anos. Em razão de um achado durante a exploração intestinal, foram ressecados focos de endometriose associados à apendicectomia; no pós-operatório a paciente evoluiu estável e sem complicações, e a anatomopatologia do apêndice mostrou tumor neuroendócrino bem diferenciado (grau 1), pT1, 0,5 cm, com margens livres e sem invasão linfovascular. Como limitação, trata-se de um relato de caso, com generalização restrita e sem comparação sistemática com outros cenários. Este paper é centr almente sobre endometriose — descreve um achado incidental de tumor neuroendócrino no apêndice durante laparoscopia para endometriose profunda.
