Efficacy of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Agonist and an Extended-Interval Dosing Regimen in the Treatment of Patients with Adenomyosis and Endometriosis
This prospective study found that an extended-interval GnRH-a dosing regimen similarly reduced uterine volume and achieved hypoestrogenism compared to conventional dosing in patients with adenomyosis and endometriosis.
