Women with severe endometriosis are a challenge in infertility treatment. Two centres or networks (IVF-Naturelle® network, Germany Switzerland, Austria; Kato Ladies Clinic, Japan), specialised in natural cycle and minimal stimulation IVF, describe and discuss the treatments they suggest in such cases.
