Evaluation of bovhyaluronidase azoxymer efficacy in combined treatment of patients with endometriosis based on the results of multicenter prospective non-interventional study (ISLAND)
This study found that combining bovhyaluronidase azoxymer with dienogest for endometriosis treatment resulted in a more significant reduction in pelvic pain and improved quality of life compared to dienogest alone.
