Abstract

With the continuous development of biomedical imaging technologies such as computed tomography, laser scanning confocal microscopy and ultrasonic imaging, biomedical imaging plays an increasingly obvious role in this field and becomes an important means of biological research and clinical medicine diagnosis and treatment. The purpose of the study was to analyze the application of optical imaging in the medical diagnosis of endometriosis, and to explore the effect of drug therapy on the disease. The changes in serum VEGF and MMP-9 levels in endometriosis and their potential clinical significance were also investigated. This study mainly analyzes and compares the efficacy of Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with norethisterone tablets in the treatment of endometriosis and the effect on serum VEGF, MMP-9 and sICAM-1 levels. The total effective rate of patients in group B after this combined intervention was 91.07% (51/56), which was more significant compared with 75.0% (39/52) of patients in group A. The curative effect of the included patients in the two groups was significant. After intervention, the VEGF (193.62 ± 45.45), MMP-9 (197.34 ± 22.63), and sICAM-1 (323.58 ± 8.52) indexes of patients in group A were compared with those of patients in group B (121.45 ± 34.78), MMP-9 ( 128.56 ± 15.86), sICAM-1 (264.87 ± 7.62). The results show that it has high safety and fewer clinical adverse symptoms. Through optical imaging technology, patients with endometriosis are accurately diagnosed and the extent and location of their lesions are observed, helping doctors to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
