Effects of an extended-interval dosing regimen of triptorelin depot on the hormonal profile of patients with endometriosis: prospective observational study.
This study found that a 6-weekly triptorelin depot regimen effectively suppressed gonadotropins and ovarian steroids, reducing pain in endometriosis patients similarly to the conventional 4-weekly regimen.
