Pregnancy after laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis: How long should we wait? A retrospective study involving a long-term follow up at a university endometriosis center
This retrospective study found that spontaneous pregnancy after laparoscopic endometriosis surgery occurred within a median of 8 months, with no pregnancies occurring after 38 months, suggesting a 12-month optimal window for conception.
