Abstract Disclosure is central to managing concealable stigmatized identities. Women with endometriosis-induced dyspareunia (EID) often hesitate to disclose their condition due to stigma and relational concerns. Using the Disclosure Process Model and a pragmatic feminist lens, this study investigated the non(disclosure) motivations among 23 women with EID and how relationship dynamics shape these decisions. Findings reveal that women often have multiple goals (to receive support, to test their partner) when disclosing, while relationship dynamics significantly influence their decisions. Change is needed in the ways to assist with disclosure, including a greater emphasis on developing social support for women with EID.
