Diagnosis of pelvic endometriosis: a preliminary study on the added value of R2*MFGRE sequence in magnetic resonance imaging
This study evaluated R2*MFGRE imaging in 46 patients and found that combining it with routine MRI significantly improved diagnostic sensitivity for ovarian endometriomas and deep infiltrating endometriosis.
