Моделирование эндометриоза осуществляли путём аутотрансплантации участка рога матки на брыжейку кишечника мыши в трёх вариантах: с введением эстрадиола; в сокращённом по времени эксперименте без введения эстрадиола; в продолжительном по времени эксперименте без введения эстрадиола и с отсроченным введением исследуемого препарата. В условиях модели у всех мышей в месте имплантации хорошо визуализировались образования округлой формы — эндометриомы. Эндоферин эффективнее проявлял свою активность в сокращённом варианте моделирования эндометриоза. Введение экзогенного эстрадиола мешало проявлению фармакологической активности препарата. В результате разработан быстрый способ оценки терапевтической эффективности лекарственных препаратов in vivo. Endometriosis was induced by autotransplantation of uterine horn fragments onto the intestinal mesentery in three experimental paradigms: with subcutaneous administration of estradiol; a short-term protocol without estradiol; and a prolonged protocol without estradiol, with delayed administration of the test compound. In all animals, well-demarcated, rounded endometriotic lesions (endometriomas) were consistently observed at the implantation sites. Endoferin demonstrated its highest efficacy under the short-term, hormone-free protocol. The administration of exogenous estradiol interfered with the manifestation of the drug's pharmacological activity. As a result, a rapid in vivo method for assessing the therapeutic efficacy of candidate drugs was developed. Key Words: endometriosis; mice; Endoferin; estradiol
