Lesion‐to‐anal‐verge distance in rectosigmoid endometriosis on transvaginal sonography vs magnetic resonance imaging: prospective study
This study compared transvaginal sonography (TVS) and MRI for estimating lesion-to-anal-verge distance in rectosigmoid endometriosis, finding TVS comparable to MRI Center measurements, though neither consistently met a ±20 mm clinical difference from intraoperative measurements.
