The mRNA expression and DNA methylation level of fibronectin 1 (FN1) gene encoding focal adhesion molecule in endometrial endometriosis
This study found increased fibronectin 1 (FN1) gene mRNA expression in endometriosis compared to normal endometrium, with a significant difference in promoter methylation levels, although methylation did not correlate with increased expression.
