Endometriosis is the presence of endometrial glands and stroma outside the uterine cavity and musculature and it can affect the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Here in, we reported three cases of bowel endometriosis who presented with chronic constipation, acute intestinal obstruction and chronic abdominal pain respectively.
