[Prolactin secretion in patients with endometriosis and its relationship to luteal phase defect and infertility].
This study found that higher prolactin levels in endometriosis patients correlated with infertility and delayed endometrial maturation, suggesting hyperprolactinemia may cause luteal phase defects.
