症例は40歳，女性．主訴は血便．下部消化管内視鏡検査で盲腸粘膜下腫瘍様隆起を指摘．造影CTで盲腸に壁肥厚を認め，同部位はMRIの拡散強調画像で高信号を示した．虫垂癌の疑いで腹腔鏡下回盲部切除術を施行した．切除検体の肉眼的所見は，虫垂が盲腸内腔へ内反し，虫垂重積の所見だった．病理組織学的検査では固有筋層から漿膜下層に子宮内膜腺に類似した腺管が斑状に散在し，異所性子宮内膜症による虫垂重積と診断した．子宮内膜症による虫垂重積は稀な疾患であり，術前診断も困難とされる．今回，虫垂腫瘍と…
