帝王切開手術瘢痕に生じた腹壁子宮内膜症の1例を経験した．患者は40代女性，半年前より月経時の周期的な痛みを伴う腹壁腫瘤を自覚し当院を受診した．2年前に帝王切開の既往があり，同手術瘢痕頭側に長径2 cmの皮下腫瘍を触知した．エコーでは腹直筋上に内部やや不均一な低エコー腫瘤を認め，MRIではT1強調画像で低信号，T2強調画像でやや高信号の結節を認めた．帝王切開手術瘢痕に生じた腹壁子宮内膜症を疑い摘出術を行った．病理組織学的検査では子宮内膜腺細胞および間質細胞を認め，腹壁子宮内膜症…
