症例は生来健康な41歳の女性で，腹痛を主訴に救急外来を受診した．CTで回腸末端に壁肥厚と狭窄を認め，小腸閉塞の診断で入院加療を行った．入院中に精査を行ったが明らかな病変は同定できず，腫瘍や炎症性腸疾患は否定的であった．保存的加療により軽快し退院としたが，その後，再度腹痛を認め救急搬送された．CTで小腸閉塞および周囲にfree airを認め，穿孔性腹膜炎の診断で同日緊急手術を行った．手術は腹腔鏡補助下回盲部切除術を施行し，術後の病理組織診断で回腸子宮内膜症と診断された．術後は婦…
