Abstract

月経随伴性気胸の３例を経験した．症例１：46歳女性．１年前より月経時の右胸痛を認め，１カ月前に右気胸発症し保存的治療施行．今回，月経開始時の右気胸再発にて手術施行し，病理検査にて横隔膜に子宮内膜間質組織を認め月経随伴性気胸と診断した．症例２：41歳女性．１年前より計６回，月経開始数日後発症の右気胸に対して保存的治療施行．今回，７回目の気胸発症にて手術施行．病理検査にて子宮内膜組織は同定されず，臨床的に月経随伴性気胸と診断した．症例３：46歳女性．１年前に右気胸にて保存的治療施行．今回月経開始２日前発症の右気胸にて入院し，保存加療で改善認めず手術施行．病理検査にて横隔膜に子宮内膜間質組織を認め月経随伴性気胸と診断した．当院で経験した月経随伴性気胸の３例を文献的な考察を加えて報告する．
