Die histologische Untersuchung ergab multiple kleine Endometrioseherdchen in sonst normalem, stark hämosiderinhaltigem Lungengewebe. Anhand der vier weiteren Fälle des Schrifttums werden Diagnosestellung, pathologisch-anatomische Befunde und Pathogenese diskutiert. Summary A case of endometriosis in the anterior upper lobe segment of the right lung is reported. It had the typical symptoms of haemoptysis occurring at the time of menstruation. There were no other abnormalities, in particular tests for tuberculosis were negative and there was only a faint, triangular opacity in the X-ray film of the chest. Histological examination after pulmonary resection showed multiple small foci of endometriosis in otherwise normal lung tissue which was heavily infiltrated with haemosiderin. Four other reported cases of the condition are quoted to bring out diagnostic and morbid-anatomical features. The pathogenesis is briefly discussed. Resumen Endometriosis de pulmón Una aportación al diagnóstico diferencial de las hemoptisis no habituales Se informa sobre un caso de endometriosis en el segmento anterior del lóbulo superior del pulmón derecho, que mostraba la típica sintomatología: hemoptisis dependientes de la menstruación sin otros hallazgos patológicos, sobre todo constante comprobación negativa de bacilos tuberculosos así como una tenue sombra, aquí triangular en la imágen radiológica. El estudio histológico mostró pequeños y múltiples focos de endometriosis en el tejido pulmonar con intenso contenido de hemosiderina y por lo demás normal. A base de los otros cuatro casos de la bibliografía se discuten el diagnóstico, los hallazgos anatomopatológicos y la patogénesis.
