, y colonoscopia, todos dentro de limites normales. La tomografia computada (TC) de abdomen y pelvis mostro hallazgos compatibles con ileitis distal asociada a dilatacion de asas de intestino proximal y miomas uterinos; dada la buena evolucion clinica se dio de alta con manejo sintomatico y tratamiento antibiotico.Paciente consulta nuevamente 10 dias mas tarde, por un cuadro de similares caracteristicas al anterior, con dolor mas intenso, asociado a distension abdominal marcada, disminucion en la eliminacion de gases y constipacion de 2 dias de evolucion, por lo que se realiza nueva TC de abdomen y pelvis (Figura 1 y Figura 2).
