Abstract

A case of 35-weeks pregnancy is presented in whom the bleeding from ruptured varix of posterior uterine wall imitated premature placental separation. Before pregnancy an extensive process of nodular endometriosis of internal genital organs was diagnosed and treated with lynestrenol three times during the periods of several months.
