Infertility, fertility drugs, and ovarian cancer: a pooled analysis of case-control studies
Infertility exceeding five years in nulligravid women was associated with a 2.67-fold increased risk of ovarian cancer, while fertility drug use showed no overall association, except with borderline serous tumors.
