Abstract

Modern molecular genetic methods have helped to reveal immune-genetic markers of genital endometriosis. It was shown, that susceptibility to endometriosis is positively associated with the genotypes СС and СА the promoter region С-592A of the gene IL10 and with the genotype АА polymorphism A1188C of the gene IL12. It was proved that the immune-genetic factors with protective effect against endometriosis are the polymorphism С-592A genotype АА of the gene IL10 and the genotype СС from polymorphism A1188C of the gene IL12.
