OkA 29-year-old multiparous woman with a history of 1 cesarean delivery presented with a 3-year history of dysmenorrhea, deep dyspareunia, and dyschezia, all with a normal menstrual pattern. She had a family history of endometriosis from her mother. The patient had previously been admitted to another hospital with a suspected bilateral tubo-ovarian abscess but left voluntarily and sought further evaluation at our facility.
