Abstract

Fragestellung Endometriose zählt zu den häufigsten gutartigen Erkrankungen in der Frauenheilkunde. Man nimmt an, dass zwischen 10 und 15% der Frauen im gebärfähigen Alter davon betroffen sind[1]. Die tief infiltrierende Endometriose des Darmes ist eine Form der Erkrankung, die durch infiltrierendes Wachstum die Organfunktionen des Rektums oder anderer Darmabschnitte massiv einschränken und typischerweise Beschwerden und Schmerzen beim Stuhlgang, besonders perimenstruell, verursachen kann. Nach präoperativem Assessment mittels Sonographie und Magnetresonanztomographie unter Anwendung der #ENZIAN Klassifikation erfolgte die interdisziplinäre Therapieplanung folgender operativer Therapiestrategien:
